would like 2 emots both like and sad
maybe in 20, 30 years time when global warming and over population makes food scarce, people will see it completely differently and land like that will be a selling point instead?
brings a few tears
Your not taking on more land. I assume your shrinking the farm due to making cash from your other avenues
When are you here in Sweden and will you do a public appearance? I adore your videos and although I have no access to land (apartment dweller) I dream of the day that I will and use your videos as resources. Many thanks for your information and inspiration! 🙂
Dear Curtis,
is the housing market in your area saturated? Do you think prices will go down?
Best wishes from Germany
Ahhh… this makes me sad.
sad to see it going back to grass, since we are Anti-Grassers, but such is life
fully understood, suuch is life. hey, have a safe journey curtis.
Hey Curtis, it’s truly a shame that it’s going back to being a useless lawn, but maybe the new owners will realize how much value your work has done in increasing the property value, not to mention the contribution to their health by getting organic greens every week.
That grass will be the greenest on the block.
I really like that piece of music at the end. I think it would be nice to use in every video. Matches the spirit of the content.
If I were to buy that house and everything was set up for an organic garden in the backyard, I would jump up and down with glee knowing that I only needed to turn the front yard into food production, as the backyard was prepped and ready to go. I think some agents don't understand the residential market in a larger sense…we will all benefit when land is turned over to food production and raising animals rather than lawn.
A pity. One day I hope to see every lawn either supporting livestock that will mow and improve them, or in growing food or medicinal plants. Maybe not in my lifetime, but it's a dream. The world would be so much better for it! I saw you in Richard's video. Such inspiring talks by both of you!!
With the Maunder Minimum kicking in you will be putting green houses on top of those.
Curtis, sad but business. I enjoy your channel. I can understand the desire of the owner to sell his home. I would love a back yard already cleared. I can appreciate that not everyone feels like I do. Thank you for sharing some real great information.
I would buy that house as is with that huge garden, just waiting for some new veg to be grown. What a shame.
Define "normal." People use to farm on their backyards all the time.
sorry to see it go. You are putting a good face on a disappointment. Peace.
CHEERS CURTIS and your team. We learned all that you learned too. Make it good in Sweden!
Maybe some grass management with goats, would be allright.
Curt’s got Sowell Knowledge. Tight.
Sorry for your loss.
Does anyone know the name of the product that I see them pulling that is cutting the produce, and catching it at the same time?
is that a lonely cucumber sticking out at :11?
Curtis did you consider buying the house
Cannot u market the house for someone who is interested in fertile soil who wants to garden in an urban area ? I would LOvE to buy a house after u worked on it plot lol
