Join me on a behind the seeds tour at Epcot. This is a one hour tour of 4 greenhouses with a guide to explain the latest growing techniques, how plants are grown hydroponically, and also the aquaponics area. The tour was very well done, and the guide was very knowledgeable. A must do if you enjoy growing/gardening!

I liked the music……almost forgot…..the plants and technology were fascinating !
Cool video!
Thanks… I had heard about this but always wondered what it was all about.
Cool place, I want to take that tour one day. I hate leaf miners, lol
Hi Tikki, Thanks for sharing your video. Question, the Nine Pound Lemon Tree, was that being grown Hydroponics? If so, how is the tree being held up? Thanks Tikki.
Thank you for sharing your video. I really liked visiting that place, and wondered how much that I missed by not going on the tour. Did you see anything that you would like to try at home?
Thank you for that video. I had no idea Disney promotes hydroponic growing. I love it.
That has to be the cleanest large scale growing operation ever! Thank you for sharing!
I've taken this tour and enjoyed it more than some of the more (much more) expensive behind the scenes ones!
Given where we are now, a year later and under stay-at-home orders, I wonder if the greenhouse cast members are considered essential. Are the plants of The Land being taken care of like the animals at Animal Kingdom (and hopefully the fish at The Land pavilion)? The restaurants that use the fruits and veggies aren't open, but I imagine letting everything go wild during the shutdown would make it much harder to bring things back up when we eventually return to normal(ish).
