  1. Do you ever find the kitties chomping on plants? If so, just beware that lilies are really toxic to them! A lot of plants are to some degree, but lilies especially.

  2. A weed is just a plant growing in the wrong place. Dandelions are edible plants, but who wants to be growing them in the vegetable patch. They are so invasive and the roots go so deep. And one flower going to seed can give you weeds for years. Not sure if you have the same issue with Purslane but if it grows wild anyway nearby, why cultivate it when you could be growing something else.

  3. Just started following your channel. Love it. Have a suggestion for your chalkboard. "Life began in the garden." Looking forward to more of your waxing poetic.

  4. Was rewatching this today for some green inspiration since we are still getting too cold here in WI and all the kitten George cameos just make me so sad. That person didn't know what he took away from you, your family and viewers when that tragedy happened :'(

  5. When you put your strawberries in a kiddie pool and you talked about putting them in a different area do you not leave the strawberry plants in the same area from year to year? I didn't know if that changes from different zones or different types of plants? My daughter and I always watch and learn so much from you and you have spurred us on to not give up and I'm so tickled to say this year we have lots of peppers growing way through enough cucumbers to eat and tomatoes and we're rejoicing in what did go well and not what didn't. Our strawberries we only got eight strawberries but it was 8 to enjoy! Last year ago and didn't do so well but we were both still recovering from a car accident so I just say thank you thank you for all that you do to encourage people not only in gardening but their walk with the Lord
