I love the look of squash in the garden. to bad they aren't a plant that can grow year round.

It looks like you will have a lot more squash to harvest in the future! What did you do with the moth? Squash it? 😉 Did you find many more when you inspected? Those plants looked really healthy! I am not a big fan of eating squash, but I am all in for the potatoes and onions!!!
nice you're getting a crop. I spotted one of those moths last year but didn't get it. I did get a few squash but not as much as I would have. Best wishes Bob.

We grow them up here in Saskatchewan, Canada as well but our plants are just starting to grow. I find the moth interesting . I haven't noticed moths in our Squash patch in previous years but we have a slug that gets on the vegetable and starts eating them. Makes me so mad. Thanks for sharing this video. Very nice!

My straightneck squash just started flowering but the female flowers don’t have any petals. Anyone else have that problem? Wish I could post a picture.
