We lived in a rental with a similar hallway. Try white or of white frames. It really helped brighten our hallway for a year or so until we moved.

You can leave bottom like it is add strip of wood half way up. Paint above. Or paper stencil. I have burlap but I don't think you are rustic like me
Loved the video. Y'all are moving right along. Suggestion…..when you have guests like Nana and Kim, they are hard for me to hear because their voices are quiet. Don't know if it is because the video sound is close to you or what. But would love to hear them better. Love Nana's pearls of wisdom. ♥️

saw on Pinterest, wipe the wallpaper border with sponge and mixture of water and liquid fabric softener, leave on 10 minutes and it will scrape off real easy!!
If you aren’t nuts about the border…you could just paint right over it for now and then eventually cover with some kind of wide crown molding later.
Put up crown molding over the wallpaper boarder and no one will know but you and a few of us it will be so much easier and faster

You are beautiful! Your hair looks great! You are WORKING after all! I was a "Bank Man" on a pipe crew. I wore a hard hat all day. Believe me, YOU look great! We put the underground utilities in in front of Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. I was the only woman on the crew. I "cabled" the pipe, before it went into the ditch. Loved the work! Now I'm older, back in TN. And happy as can be! Good luck and GOD bless

Peters sorry I didn't view this video two months earlier since I just prescribed to your utube..The secret for taking off old wall paper put Downey softener in a spray bottle and spray on the wall paper u dont want and it will come off really easy.
