  1. I did an egg in each hole last year for half of my tomatoes in humid Arkansas and the ones that started with the egg did WAY BETTER than my control!! This year I'm doing it on all of them!!!!

  2. I just want to thank you, I have a huge desire to have a more sustainable life but I didn't grow up with someone teaching me. Thank you
Do you have a favorite tomato?

  3. I have heard of people burying the waste of fish after they have filleted them but I have never seen anyone do it, do you think it would work as well?

  4. Also, if y'all do alot of fishing and soak your fish in some salt water before cooking it…….dump that fish water on your roses and tomatoes plants they will love you for it.

  5. I got a few to plant tomorrow too. I’m not doing a big garden as we just moved and have so much to do! Thanks for the tips. Always great info! Good luck with your garden. ❤️

  6. And it has been pouring rain here in the south since you planted. I was wondering if you were going to say anything about those suckers. When I was able to keep up with my container gardening, I planted 1 tomato or pepper plant in a 5 gallon bucket. I spread them out as much as possible. I love your source of calcium for your plants. I wish I had thought about antacids and Epsom salt. I did save every eggshell, and after crunching them up, dropped them in my buckets on the surface of the soil.

  7. Maybe u said this but if u did I apologize ,But how often do you need to put the Epsom Salt and Calcium on your plants and is it good for all plants.Tfs and have a good one…….~Sharon

  8. Could I use store bought bagged compost? We too have moved and don't have any of my own yet! Thank you for what you are doing!! I have learned so much from you!! Love your channel!! God bless you!!

  9. I use a coffee grinder for my eggshells. I grind the with Epsom salt and coffee grounds.
I grind to a fine powder. I put some in the ground at planting then later around the plant. I haven’t had blossom end rot for a few years now.

  10. I think this is my favorite sound track …it seems to speak of your heritage . Been planting tomatoes for years . Now I know why they were so puny …LOL…should have given them some of my Tums . Who knew ? They will be getting them this year for sure !
