  1. Hey James, big fan from Central NJ. If you ever have crazy eggplant surpluses, definitely some decent local Italian restaurants that prefer to get produce locally.

  2. Tuck is so cute but he is old and needs help to cut his food pls. Do you have a family. Food forest is amazing. It's difficult to grow things in UK due to cold weather.

  3. What do you do in the winter? Do you process any of your food, or do you have someone helping you to process and store any of your food. Yes fresh is best, but its nice to have some things frozen, canned and dehydrated too, like berries and tomatoes.
