It’s the day before our Saturday market, which I think makes it Friday, or more importantly, Harvest Day! It is a lot of work, but it is fun harvesting all the veggies and packing them up. It blows my mind how much food the farm provides, and we have had so much positive feedback from people in regards to the quality, that the effort is rewarding. We have never been able to put everything together for the market before midnight, could this be the week that we are super organized and get everything done early? Of course not, we don’t even have time to stop and smell a single rose, not even one! But we did find time to film and edit this video, so do your part and watch it till the end. I am amazed at the number of hours put in for for harvesting. Wish there was a roadside stand near me. I would stay away from grocery stores all summer and fall. Good luck to you both.
Wish I live closer would stop going to Whole Foods and get all the organic produce from you guys and help you guys as well pull the weed
