I just ordered some. I'm excited. I have a couple of yards of homemade compost ready to go. I can get my compost rings ready for the fall leaves and plant something I love to eat at the same time. I've been growing garlic that I got from a neighbor doing it volunteer style and I'm looking forward to getting more organized and getting some more to eat. The fact that the critters pretty much leave it alone means I can expand and grow it outside the fenced garden.

What is the best variety of garlic? I have been planting garlic from the grocery store. Would be nice to get certified seed garlic.

Who certified it? Imho all the certification I've seen are fake or p2w.. I've been to many certified farms that have many unlabeled bottles..
