  1. Just a thought if you wanted to quit your day job. Start going to farmers markets with homemade jams and product! Canning etc people will pay for all natural items. Also that’s a great way to get a YouTube following. “Watch where your food comes from”. There for you are not only surviving off YouTube but also another thing to. Being at home gets very very lonely and you lose people skills 🙁 that’s what happen to me. I’m an at home mom and has been for 4 years. I just now got my esthetic’s license :). Lots of potential here for homesteading. Once you get comfortable enough you can even start classes for people beginning the homestead life.

  2. I am so thrilled to have found your channel! We are preparing to move to a homestead and I feel like I don't know anything but THIS is exactly what I needed to feel like I CAN DO THIS! Thank you so much for sharing the step by step processes. It's so helpful and you are a delight to watch! 🙂

  3. Wow I finally had the courage to dive into your videos and am SO glad. You always seemed a bit daunting but now I can’t wait to see what you do next- please remember breath in through the nose and out through the mouth- I want to watch you evolve!!!

  4. I love my food saver for freezing but I also love my black sharpie marker to write on the bag what the contents are. LOL I'm lame I know but makes my life easier. You are amazing and I love watching your content!

  5. You really don’t talk that fast. Where I grew up we have one of the fastest speech patterns in the country and it is at times a mix of both English and Ngati Porou Māori so can be hard for others outside our region to understand.

  6. My peeler corer has a suction bottom and I anchor it next to my sink so the peels and juices go into a bowl in the sink. This works very well for me. Give it a try. I also love to mix pears and apples to make sauce.

  7. Wow she’s EXACTLY who I want to be, so knowledgeable and self sufficient! That’s my number 1 goal. I’m gonna do solar paneling, and use firewood for winter. I’m learning a lot from her as well as how much work it takes just to be as sufficient as her! (: I can’t wait until I can use the knowledge she gives to become exactly who I want to be!
