VIDEO: Grow an ENDLESS Supply of Radish Seeds | Saving Seeds for Microgreens Sprouts or Fully Mature Plants

I’ll show you how to save seeds from radish pods. They are actually one of the less expensive seeds to buy, but you can grow an endless supply of many other types of seeds. And, the way to get an endless supply of seeds is …..to let some of you plants “go to seed” which is what I did in this video. Please subscribe if you enjoyed this video, and thank you for watching!

  1. Good job! I let some of my radishes go to seed. I snipped off the pods that were brown and left them in the shallow box and I would just stir them with my hand so they could dry even more. I did the same with my kale and my onion and garlic chives this year. Those pods and seeds are now drying for planting next year.

  2. It's been almost two weeks….how are the radish microgreens going? This is a great idea, if it works out. I have lots of Radish seed and I have some coconut coir as well, so I would be willing to try this out if it works out for you. Thanks for doing this experiment.

  3. Tikki O. You may want to also try fermenting the seed pods and see how that goes. I took a course on wild fermentation and they showed how to ferment milkweed pods. I'm sure radish pods would be good too.
