My best friend is having her second baby and wasn’t able to get any freezer meals made before the baby came!! Flour should be weighed. When you use a messing cup and scrap of the top it adds to much flour. If you don't want to weigh the flour use 1/2 cup less than called for it will closer to what you need.
Sugar makes them run
Buying a new oven. Curious is to what stove you have. I love the 2 door option. I bake a lot and find I don't have enough room . Mine for my primary residence is nice but has a storage or heated drawer under my 5.0 cubic I would prefer the extra cooking space.

I’m due any day now with baby #3 and if someone made me all this food I think I’d cry from sheer gratitude. I made a handful of meals for the freezer but my freezer is small so I can’t fit a whole lot. But some is better than none!

When baking, I find it easier to weigh out the flour and sugar
Ginger cookies had melted butter. That might be why there are flat. Maybe cool down the brown butter first before added extra butter.
I'm not good at doubling even when I write it down. Your meals looked perfect and I just bet they were well received. Thanks for sharing.
Sometimes you can't double a recipe.
Double the recipe first on paper so that you know how much of each ingredient you need to put into the bowl. Don't try to do it in your head as you go, you will always screw up the recipe. I know that's what used to happen to my then my brother in law who was a chef told me to double it on paper first before I start to bake. He was right. Never had a problem ever again.
