I use that toothpaste, it’s really good. My husband says my breath is never bad which is a benefit and my gums haven’t receded any more using it. Really it is about toothbrush and toothpaste. I’m so glad you had a great time!

What a fun video!! I wish I could have been there and said hi. You certainly would have been on my list of people to look up. So glad you had a fun time. Those wooden utensils look really nice and xylitol toothpaste would be fun to try. Keep out of reach of puppies though because xylitol is poison for dogs. I am looking forward to your sourdough content! I have a starter and make lots of pancakes but it isn’t active enough to succeed with bread and I would love to try making some bread.

Make sure Gizmo and the other dogs don't get into the toothpaste! Xylitol is super toxic for them. I love the pace and energy of your videos and I'm going to have to make it to he HOA conference one of these years!
I wish I was about 30 years younger and could start life over in this way. Loving all your videos and the information you bring. Having 5 kids and a husband who was always gone working would’ve made it challenging back in the day but I hope to I’m incorporate your ideas now where I can!

We have real salt in our grocery stores . I live in Utah this salt is sooo good
Keep the toothpaste away from your dog. Xylatol kills plaque causing germs but its deadly to dogs

Looks like you learn some and had fun meeting everyone. Good for you. One note Aim toothpaste has fluoride which is a poison. Just read the box it says it a poison by referring you to poison control if you use to much tooth paste. Any Natural Tooth Paste is better than national brands with fluoride. Also if you can stop using tap water when cooking and drinking. Esp. if you’re getting into sour dough they suggested spring water, not tap water the chlorine is not good for good microbes, as well as the fluoride is bad for you it a -poison.
xylitol is deadly for dogs – even a little can kill. Be very careful to make sure your dogs don't get into the toothpaste
