  1. Wow,wow, wow, wow…, you are so cute! Love how you eyeball most of your seasonings and go by touch on your pastry . Showed my husband the cinnamon rolls so we’re (I’m)making them tomorrow to go with our chicken chili!

  2. From an aussie your sausage rolls look perfect. They are not traditionally a breakfast food (usually lunch or a snack) but you can really eat them any time. Try then with Ketchup they are fantastic

  3. Most definitely a breakfast food. hehehehehe. We typically eat sausage rolls for brekky here in Oz. Little suggestion if you decide to ever make them again, add a bit of bbq sauce to your mince when you add your herbs, and another version, bacon pieces and cheese. nom nom nom. these are an aussie favourite. Welcome to the world of finger foods. wooooooo!!!!!

  4. Target makes reusable bags. The brand is Russbe. They make gallon, sandwich, and snack bags. They’re the most amazing reusable bags ever! It sucks to wash them but it’s so much easier than washing ziplock bags.

  5. You should definitely contact Azure about the butter. It’s probably a misprint. They should give you a decent refund/credit and they could sell any remaining misprinted but for a discount

  6. Hi Aussie here, loved you sausage rolls. You did an awesome job on them. We eat them with tomato sauce usually. I make mine with a mixture of pork and veal mince and add chopped apples and sage as flavourings. Also they are awesome with green tomato relish

  7. Bless you 😀 WOW!!! Good for you making sausage rolls. As an Aussie who grew up and now lives in the UK I think I can honestly say although Aussies like sausage rolls and no party is complete without them here in the UK the humble sausage roll is taking to all kinds of new levels and you daren't say you don't like them or you will be outcast lol. Here in York they have their own special kind of sausage roll even that is a huge one (the width of a swiss roll cake) that is cut in slices and then cooked. Mostly though you find them around the size of 4 of yours and they are eaten here as grab and go food for lunches and snacks. Yours look amazing though and I feel incredibly guilty that I didn't make any last year for my partner who is a sausage roll addict. I will though give a go to making the York variety sausage roll I think it looks more fun 😀
