Always gotta put things in oil away from yourself, not towards yourself.
I so wish you were my neighbor. I love your channel.
You speak of shelling peas, or English peas.
I remember sitting on the porch, listening to audio stories on the radio and shelling peas!
I also remember how they gave the horse hives. Lol!
That was a fun time. Well, not for Queenie the horse.
It’s like Christmas candy/cookies making at our house
Schnitzel, looks lovely. I love sweet and sour cabbage as I call it. No to a butter sauce though, too fatty x
I really enjoy your videos. And I have implemented several of your ideas.
You convinced me to try to make Gnocchi. My Italian husband appreciated it. I used some potatoes on the verge of going bad and tried something new. I enjoy watching your video and get inspiration of trying new things.
"I've done better". LOVE it. So real, rather than "faking it" for the camera saying how wonderful it is when that isn't what you really think.
Fun fact: gnocchi is the plural form of the word, and the singular is gnocco.
Nice class!! Thank you!!!
Lol. Use your rolling pin for pounding out meat.
Your husband sounds so much like and reminds of Junes boyfriend(or husband, not sure if they are married) Aaron! Lol am I the only one??
Becky you’re so cute when you taste a new dish you tilt your head slightly and close your eyes as you consider whether it’s a win or not. I’m going to try this recipe this week! Thank you for you!
For the Gnocchi, if you're looking for less gluten development, consider cake or pastry flour. These are lower/less strength gluten flours that help the fluff/loftiness of cakes and pastries.
Hey, in east germany (thuringia) we like to eat our red cabbage with a littlebit of apple. Usually sauce or juice 🙂 it is one of my favourite things!
I always was told when potatoes root like that not to eat so we trash them and if they are soft!
We make fry pork always like that never reuse the oil cause next time your house will smell bad !
I love watching you in the kitchen!! You crack me up. So relatable. Love it. Keep doing what you're doing.
Hi Becky.
I love your videos, very inspiring.
Just wanted to let you know if you don't already – You're not supposed to eat green or eye potatoes. Green = poisonous/dangerous to eat.
Thank you for showing both the wins and room for improvement parts of your making <3
You should try using your rolling pin to tenderize your chicken xx
I don't love mashed potatoes but I love gnocchi. I'm going to have to try making gnocchi sometime.
I read “a years worth of potato gnocchi THAT we ate in a week” and i was like “yeap, that amount in a week makes sense” lololol
