  1. The great thing about the wine membership is any of the ones you don't particularly care for can be used in your cooking. Works out great for me since I'm a picky wine drinker! Definitely want to try that last recipe. Looked great!

  2. great job on trying new recipes! I meal plan a month in advance for dinners just because we are on a budget, and I'm really excited for what we have coming up. I'll be making jerk chicken for the first time, as well as jambalaya, bacon jam for burgers, and I'm going to try your recipes for cowboy candy and massaman curry! Can't wait! 🙂 Cowboy candy is going to be the first thing I have ever canned… wish us luck!

  3. Everything looks delicious, but especially that wine and risotto alla carbonara looked absolutely amazing! I love how you are not afraid to try something new! I’m the same way, love trying new recipes!

  4. What is that tool that you use to open your home canned jars? Where could I get one? I have arthritis and it’s difficult for me to open my jars now. Thank you, love your videos!

  5. I desperately want to broaden my horizons when cooking… my excuse is just that I get nervous about it not being good – I feel like I have big shoes to fill because my mom and grandma are wonderful cooks, and I don’t want to feed my husband gross food – or that it’s too time consuming and I have too much to do during the day that I don’t think about starting dinner til we need to eat. I suppose that means I need to be a better time manager… anyways, all that to say, you inspire me to learn more about cooking and I hope one day I’ll muster the confidence to try new things!

  6. There you are! Been missing you. Sounds like a wonderful meal! I bet you'll be making that again, according to your reaction. Can you put the recipe in Scratch Pantry? I love risotto but have no idea how to cook it. Thanks Becky. Great seeing you!!!!
