  1. There is nothing wrong with doing knowledge based videos, I watch many other channels to find out about how to seed, grow, transplant. A lot of us are new gardeners and still want to learn. Throw out a few more “ how to “ videos and see how they do.

  2. I guess I am not your average viewer. Older than your demographic, watch youtube in the late evening, and I don't watch Garden Answer as it is not a realistic garden, also, I don't like her "paint by numbers" style of layout. It's not creative. I personally like the story telling aspect of your videos, if I want a "how to" I will simply google a question and get more than enough info that way, but then I have been gardening most of my life. That said, every so often I pick up a tidbit of new knowledge and I consider that a bonus.

  3. I like your channel because of the trouble- shooting you guys do – I’m not a “novice” gardener and it’s so easy to Google basic how-to articles, plus there’s a ton of YouTube channels that are very much for beginner gardeners so it’s nice to have channels that really get into the more advanced or complex parts of gardening. As much as it sucks when things go “wrong” at your farm, it’s such useful content for me to learn about different things to watch out for and catch early, and to learn how to think through possible solutions!

(Also my ranunculus has stalled, and my tulips are short too! I thought maybe I didn’t plant the bulbs deep enough but we did have a warmer winter that was very dry so hearing that made a lot of sense!)
