Busy Becky! You are Amazing!
What speed do you put your kitchen aid on?
Becky if I lived closer I would so but 60 eggs a week
Every time you put your hand in the blender to check the mixture I was panicking – those blades are sharp! You were giving my anxiety! ha
I love to see how you make everything from scratch. You are living my dream <3 thanks for sharing. Hugs from Mexico.
I made a broccoli cheese soufflé that turned out divine. Of course I only made it once. I love all your videos Becky. You inspire me to always do more. ❤️
The traditional way to treat soufflé batter is to run your finger or a spoon in a circle about an inch or two from the edge of tge dish. It creates a little “hat” that rises a bit higher than the edge and it makes the rise more even.
Im surprised the souffle didnt ask for vanilla, is that normal for a souffle? Wouldve been great to counter those eggs
I thought it was souffle, but apparently not. What is it that needs a water bath when baking?
So happy that you got your replacement parts! Just in time! Moving the kitchen aid to the table was exactly what I thought you should do, much more efficient. Great video! Congrats on the soufflé! Looking forward to the cheese souffle.
that's awesome, I'm glad your parts shows up at the perfect time. You've motivated me to give pasta making a try. and…. omg chocolate!
Do you make your own dog food?
Now I’m inspired to try to make a soufflé!
I just stored 2 dozen eggs in 10 half pint jars of lemon curd. I also have some Duran wheat coming to make some pasta out of them also
I love watching your video. I learn about how to do so many different things. From a loyal fan
Would a humid climate make pasta making more difficult? Or perhaps just mean it wouldn't be pantry stable for as long…?
Love your energy and enthusiasm Becky! I might even try to make the pickled eggs! You are so inspiring ❤
Have you ever tried using greens powder or tomato powder or anything to your pasta dough?
Thank you for this video! I was really tense, nervous and I found this so calming.!
Love the channel, you do a great job. Just a quick note, I see you are using the same food processor rhat I have. There is a plastic blade that comes with it that is better for making doughs than the steel blade.
I like putting boiled eggs in pickled beet juice. They are yummy and also pretty.
But pasta doesnt need eggs. Its just flour and water
Hi Becky, great video. If I want to make fresh lasagne sheets can I use them right away or do I dry them a little first?
I also just started watching you. Your amazing. I would love to know what instant pot you use. Keep up the great work.
You can make your pasta longer and use a foldable laundry dryer and hang your pasta so it's not taking up your table space for 3 days. Then just break them in the middle and put them in your bags when they are done drying.
