  1. I know this video is a little older, but if you haven’t used those broken pasta bits yet. They would be great in a chicken noodle soup! Maybe even with added dumplings! (:

  2. Can you please share the “recipe” for the onions canned in cowboy candy brine? I have some brine canned on my shelf but would like to try using it on onions. Thank you, I’m a new subscriber, your videos are fab!

  3. WOW! I continue to be impressed and amazed at all that you accomplish! I hope next year to be able to have a container garden. I have never had a lot of luck gardening due to my "brown thumbs ",but I am determined to grow *something that doesn't die LOL Thanks for the great videos. They are awesome.

  4. I truly enjoyed watching this video and just subscribed, can't wait to see all the previous ones. Where did you get your Ball canning book? How much did it cost? I am afraid to start canning , I brought a presto canner and I want to can pinto beans too and other things. Do you have a video showing how you did that? You are doing great, I am so glad your video popped up on my selection of videos to watch.

  5. Are you still currently having a hard time finding WM lids? We have them in my area at normal price. I just have a hard time finding reg lids. Do you think you will be doing a video making plum sauce or peach salsa? Those sound wonderful!!! You are truly an inspiration!!! I may be older than you by 10+ years but… I wanna be like you when I grow up lol

  6. I just found your Channel and have binge watching all your videos!!! I live in California and me and my husband are looking to buy a house with some land to start our homestead journey. Your channel has been so helpful with amazing ideas!!! Also I make my own corn and flour tortillas and I love them!!! I haven’t bought tortillas in over a year and don’t plan on going back!!

  7. Once you make your own beans (refried, pinto, kidney, garbanzo) you'll never go back to canned again. I buy my dry beans, a 1 lb bag of dry beans makes 8-10 cans of beans you'd buy in the store. The flavor you can't compare. I won't even buy black beans in the store now as they smell like canned cat food and the taste of the fresh made ones is nothing short of excellent.

  8. I would really only like to can Tomatoes and also Pinto Beans. I have only canned Jelly so far. But I have a feeling once I start- I'll go crazy and can everything. Cranberry Sauce and Plum Jelly (separately) are both great with Chinese food. Mix a little with soy sauce and red pepper flakes for a yummy egg roll dipping sauce! I like your videos! Peace.
