Could I make baked oatmeal with canned pumpkin?
I got tired of buttermilk going bad on me, so I switched to using powdered full fat buttermilk (from Azure) and I'm super happy with it! I love the convenience of always having it on hand and never worrying about it spoiling, and I have no taste complaints.
Also I'm so envious of your rhubarb patch! I absolutely love rhubarb, but I live in Texas where it doesn't grow, it's hard to find in the store, and usually expensive when I can. I could eat rhubarb every day!
Have you looked into growing sugar cane ? It's natural sugar and if you could grow it you'd just need a press to juice it I use to when I lived in Puerto Rico its so good

Love rhubarb crisp, but my recipe calls for strawberry jello (dry) sprinkled on the rhubarb, I really love the strawberry flavor with the rhubarb.

Not necessarily a way to preserve rhubarb but my husbands family makes a strawberry rhubarb coffee cake
Another use for your rhubarb is a rhubarb pineapple chutney and it can be served on savory pork dishes
Stewed rhubarb is delicious over ice cream .
Professional cake maker here… You should not frost frozen as it causes air bubbling in the frosting but if it is slightly frozen make sure you cut a slit on the cake to help it release air. Also on another note… if you add 3 tablespoons cocoa, 2 tablespoons red for coloring gel and switch the flour to cake flour, you can make a red velvet cake. My kids favorite with cream cheese frosting!!!

I know Martha Stewart and Ina Garten have Rhubarb recipes on their websites. One had a Rhubarb coffee cake that sounded delicious but I can’t remember which one. Can you dry or freeze dry rhubarb? A dried version could be used in a scone recipe. Just a thought.

Have you tried rhubarb lemonade? My 15 yr old granddaughter perfected this several years ago. She just brought me my first rhubarb lemonade of the season..so good!

Hi Becky I’m from Australia and would like a freeze dryer I have 3 cats and bugs as you can imagine and not wanting any of them trying to eat the drying pasta just wanted to know, can you use the freeze dryer with your pasta.

Apple rhubarb bread/cake I bake it in a bunt pan ! The one made by taste of home ! Hands down best thing Iv ever eaten ! I add a table spoon of cinnamon to it ! Omg !!!!!!’ It’s amazing pls try !

Strawberry Rhubarb Vanilla Bean Jam is my family's most favorite jam! If you ever get a chance, go pick strawberries at Vista View Farms in La Center. Ask where the Benton and Shucksan rows are. Best strawberries ever!
Hey Becky, Great video… Just wanted to pass some knowledge on the icing.. If you use the whisk attachment it puts a lot of air in it, always Best to use the paddle attachment… You have a blessed day until next time….
using your steamer process the rhubarb into juice and either freeze it or can it, in the winter it is delicious mixed with either a simple syrup or a pop like 7 up. You can also turn the juice into jelly.
