7% rates? OMG we have 12.5% in my country right now. And every time the USA increase the rates, every country in Latin America suffer. Maybe that's new for you, but it is so and it happened in the early 80s too. Our currency devaluated beyond belief. I thought that was the worst I had to see in my life but it seems like "here we go again". USA takes measures to "protect" itself and many countries go bankrupt. You have to ponder, why shovel trillions into war?
