Website is not opening for me at all on any server and on laptops and cell phones. I sent you an email about it. Makes me so sad, disappointed that I could not be a part of the excitement of the new website today! At least I can watch this video and hope that it gets resolved so I can order more seeds…

I would love to be able to shop by my gardening zone. I dont know if that's doable on the website, but it would be awesome. So much easier than looking at each individual seed.
I'm not seeing the option to place items on a wait list any more… has that been removed? I liked having the ability to keep all the out of stock items that I want to order in one place that I can look at and be reminded of. Otherwise, there's no way to keep track of them. Getting an email alert when they're back in stock is fine, but the wait list page was a great feature, and I hope you'll bring it back.
1. Are you going to have the rhubarb & squash recipe books again? There is no "books" link on the website. 2. re: apparel. The option of larger sizes would be awesome, like 3X or 4X.

Was able to create new account but still can't log in. I can only get on website. I did send you email to transfer my points.
I'm so devastated. I've been checking your website for months now. I input my email address, but your announcement email is one that apparently Gmail decided for me wasn't important to show in my primary inbox. I didn't see anything anywhere else either until hours after your launch. I'm so sad at how much stuff was sold out by the time I checked your site last night. I still spent well over $300, but so many varieties I've wanted for years and I might have to just see if I can find them somewhere else. But I will always check you guys first.
I wish either (or both) that if you have something on your waitlist that it also is reserved for 48 hours (or similar) or that the item stays on your waitlist until manually removed. MULTIPLE times I've missed the email, or simply saw it too late, so I missed out on the back in stock alert and then I have to go back and set the waitlist again. I'd rather it be "pre-order" though so I can just get it sent to me when it is back in stock.
I was so happy to finally see everything I needed in stock!! I didn't even wait for a coupon or try to log in to my account. I tried to recover my password but got a 404 error. Bought as a guest to make sure I didn't lose out.
Is there still free shipping over $12?
