  1. Becky , Your garden looks Awesome , I enjoy watching what you harvest from it , You seem to have a green thumb . I was curious , Will there be someone new moving into your old home there , if so they sure will be getting a gold mine with your big garden . Thanks for sharing all your videos with all of us . God Bless.

  2. I struggled with blossem end rot last year, and it was devastating. But this year i made a ‘smoothie’ mixture of eggshells and banana peel and put that in the ground when i made a hole for the tomato plant to go in to. This made an enormous difference and is so easy!

  3. Hi! 🙂 I think those Green peppers would be best fresh. Just in a fresh hot salsa or adding it to soup for some extra spice. All the best to you! 🙂

  4. This has been my first year to make marinara sauce. I don't eat it but my daughter who still lives at home does and she loves it, so I must have done good.

  5. I love hanging out with you Becky. I’m definitely not a gardener but do grow basil. I don’t preserve food with the exception of freezing and making my own stock and broth. Your videos are very motivating and maybe one day I’ll grow something other than basil. I look forward to your next video.

  6. Your tomato plants are HUGE!! I planted mine a bit late (mid-April) and they haven't even grown to adulthood. They are alive but small, and won't grow any fruit.. Does anyone have tips on how to get them to keep growing?

  7. Becky, I’m not sure if anyone mentioned this, but a LOT of homesteaders got bad soil from either good garden centers or bags of soil. I think that’s what happened to our raised beds, but if you look at Roots And Refuge Farm. They got it too. It may be why our good composts from our homesteads are growing better than the bagged or hauled in.
