Wow, I tried that recipe, it is so yummy. I plan on putting some together and freezing them. It is just me eating it, my husband is not a fan of too many veggies. I also like to use recipes as a guideline, so I plan on adding some sliced black olives and fresh oregano under the top layer. I checked out her other recipes and they make my mouth water. Thank you so much for the link. I enjoy your YT channel so much, your transparency and faith is such a testimony and so needed in this day and age. Thank you yet again, for a lovely video. I enjoyed the gentle walk in the evening garden, hearing your little guy talking so intelligently about the animals, watching you guys loving up on the dogs and kitties, and then seeing your family around the table. I have onions and tomatoes and fresh thyme just in from the garden for that veggie dish and am headed out to buy an eggplant and some zucchini so I can make it tonight!.
