You dont have to prune trees. You can just bend the branches down.

Best aple tree pruning video I have seen and I've trawled through quite a few. What time of tree stage is best to do this? When all the apples have come off? Or if they haven't by autumn then pull them off and cut back before winter?? What do you think?
