I was ready for some rest this winter and now I am getting anxious to start the garden again….was tired and exhausted at he end of last season but not I am rested and rejuvenated and looking forward for the new season.

You may already know this! If it is horse or rabbit manure it will contain a lot of seeds and needs to be composted down for a year so the heat of the composting process kills the seeds. If you don't your garden area will be taken over by weeds. Manure from animals that have multiple cambered stomachs have a much less problem with seeds because they chew their cud and they digest the seeds. I learned this the hard way 40 years ago. Bernard
one of the best ways to build a compost bin is out of old pallets. a three bay system usually works best. best of luck.
