  1. Nice video on kraut. I like the addition of juniper berries. I have added caraway seed to mine before. The fermenting stage depends on the temperature of the location of the crock. I have has success in less than four weeks in Iowa. just be sure to check it by texture and taste!

  3. Just re-watched this video since we finally have gotten around to prepare a batch of sauerkraut this weekend. Never done it before. How did your batches turn out, and witch one did you like the best? The first one, or the later one with less salt? Hope everything is OK, long time since the last video. Best regards from Sweden!
