  1. I love the egg holder! Excess eggs freeze well and use for baking later, scramble first and put into freezer containers. Also another idea for caramelizing onions – instead of ‘oil’ try a can of beer. And I tried lettuce in upside down bin and I have sprouts today. Yay!

  2. Hey there! 🙂
Thank you so much for all of the beautiful, uplifting und inspiring videos that you create for us, they provide my favorite kind of escape especially in these trying times.
Blessings, someone in the "dreamer-stage" of our own little farm (getting to marry my best friend in August and hopefully moving to make the dream a reality!)

  3. Don't believe the naysayers when it comes to eggs. Cholesterol is bad for your heart is OUTDATED. They are one of the best nutrient dense foods you can eat and your body needs the cholesterol for many of the cells in your body. Carbohydrates – processed and/or excessive is the real culprit behind the decline of american health.

  4. Freeze the bananas in 1 in chunks. When you want something sweet put them frozen in the food processor with enuff plant based milk to make it ice cream consistency. I love to add 1-2 tablespoons of cocoa per banana to make chocolate nice cream. Top it with whatever you want- fruit, nut butter, chocolate chips, nuts. So incredibly yummy!

  5. Thank you for sharing such a wealth of knowledge on gardening. My family have to in cooperate a variety of options to produce food without a yard. Containers, and hydroponics systems. We will try vertical gardening to include cucumbers and squash. God bless you and your family.

  6. Thank you for the book reference. I have one daughter who is vegetarian–this will definitely help. Also, check out homesteading family's video about waterglassing eggs. I've done this for 2 years and it works great. I save them in the spring and have plenty for winter.

  7. During this covid-19 my project thanks to you is to get as many food as i can from my really small garden i live in a city area in P.R and my house dont have backyard just a little ornamental garden that iam going to rip out and turn into a edible garden just because i notice how thin is that line from normal to the SHTF type of crazy situation were going thru and iam not sit down around doing nothing and iam going to feed my family from my garden
