  1. Bedraggled! lol! I did not think that was a word because I've never heard it before so I googled it and it is indeed a word!! Means dirty and disheveled. My English teacher husband will be so proud!! 😀

  2. This past summer, my mom gave me yellow squash plants a month before I had a garden to put them in. I didn't have a larger pot to let them grow in. They started flowering in those tiny square plug pots! When I finally was able to put them in the ground, they aborted the flowers and tried to grow. That stunting really affected them, only a few late squash fruits that had rock hard skin. I could only use them in soup. They really do need to be planted at the right time! Also, shred those broccoli leaves (or other leafy greens) and stick them in casserole or lasagna.

  3. am i the only one whos broccoli produces several heads after the first initial main head? i always leave mine in the soil after the first big head to let them go to seed……the bees love them at the end of the season too and you get so many seeds you could even do microgreens…..my brocolli has produced 3-4 secondary heads since spring is it just me or my soil or the type of brocolli i grow? im shocked no one says much about it

  4. Glad to see this video, getting a HF 6 by 8…yes I watched Jeremiah on your first greenhouse and modifications all I can afford on credit. I will do some modifications like you did as far as supports some have raised those off the ground as well by 16 inches. I am excited though. I like the lettuce and kale. The greenhous should pay for itself , so to speak. Looking forward to more in depth videos on planting those brassicas in the greenhouse. Keep on growing girl.

  5. you might think about cutting your rose bushes back each late fall. I do and we get more blooms now because of it. But for a long time I did not but after 7-8 seasons the bushes need a little TLC

  6. I sure hope you found your goose, because it is almost Christmas! You just harvested broccoli and I just planted it in the garden! I'm still harvesting tomatoes, but I did cut the vine down to new growth. I have two pepper plants showing new growth. These are from last summer. It is almost Christmas, right???! Have a blessed holiday.

  7. anyone else notice all their videos have like the same 19 unlikes? like man dude what made u so mad u went and disliked all their videos? lol… love you guys

  8. actually everything over 1/4 acre is considered free range: party cuz poultry, or at least chickens do not tend to range farther than that even without fences. we have 5 acres here and the chickens dont' even make it to the other side of a single acre.
