My blog is ScratchPantry.com where you can find all my recipes!

We love eating homemade food but with working full time that came make it very hard. I have found bulk cooking and making freezer meals is the best way to ensure homemade food for my family everyday. If it was not for bulk cooking and freezer meals I would not have the time to eat home cooked meals daily. I hope you found this helpful!!

  1. use hard tofu instead of cheese and you can Can your Pesto and put some nutritional yeast in the pesto to have some cheese flavor press the tofu dry befor useing and add some flavors like more salt and others

  2. Man I have GOT to get my hubby to do this!!! He's the cook in THIS house. Except if I'm hungry and he's not home I ACTUALLY HAVE TO COOK FOR MYSELF!! DANG your hubby is spoiled….or maybe he can't cook, idk???
I am only pulling your leg!! Tbh you're the ONLY person I watch and subscribe to in regards to this YT video subject and I think that's because you're so down to earth and you don't take yourself so seriously by calling yourself out….which I am a huge fan of so thanks for making these videos.
(FYI: IF you feel the need to reply or send me a message please make peace with the fact that I will never read it or even see it. I refuse to do the back and forth debate on my comments. This is not directed at anyone in particular I just don't want anyone wasting their time, & yes, 98% of my comments I include this closing statement). ✌

  3. I wrap breakfast sandwiches in parchment paper before freezing then put some in a freezer bag, and I also vacuum seal a lot of them individually, if they aren’t going to be eaten within about two weeks. It keeps them really crash. Hubby grabs one or two pops it in the microwave before heading out the door, then eats it on the train ride to work.

  4. Hi Becky I’m from Australia you should dry your egg shells before you give them to your chickens because they have known to eat the eggs by drying your eggs and crushing becomes shell grit for the chook and it will harden the shell on the eggs aswell I watched your your video clips on your garden and I love watching them

  5. I love making frozen breakfast burritos. So easy to pull one to thaw at night then microwave it in the morning. They're also best if you can grill them real quick on the stove after microwaving.
