VIDEO: 15 Must-Sow Vegetables and Herbs in June

Today’s video looks at 15 must-sow edible crops to grow in your vegetable garden in June. So if you’re wondering what to sow in June I hope this gives you some great ideas! By the way, if you’re looking ahead for July, or live in a slightly cooler environment then this video I made last year about the 10 most productive crops for that month may be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TyUkbZ_ci5A

  1. Your videos are so incredibly enjoyable to watch. I've been trying to learn what I can grow in a small apartment and your videos are very inspiring!

  2. I was stationed in Wales in the late 70’s. I grew to love the people and the accent. My friends are always surprised when I call out a Welsh person by their accent. They ask me how I know. If you know, you know. It’s in your heart!

  3. Just wanted to say, I really appreciate the short intro. Some of these videos on gardening, they spend the first 5-10 minutes on their life stories, and I'm all "I just want to know how to grow better tomatoes!!"
    Again, thanks.

  4. Courgette is great to bulk up homemade vegetable soup. A bunch of carrots, some celery, leek, brocolli with a few courgettes is delicious. It's delicious in stews too.

  5. Thanks Huw, with the extra zucchinis, u can grate them and freeze in bags. When u want to use them, thaw and squeeze out excess liquid them add garlic, salt, pepper, tumeric and some flour, form into fritters and cook

  6. My mother usually grew turnips and I loved them. Some are nicer than others. The Snowball variety to me was usually the best. When you get a nice perfect juicy one, they're great!

  7. Sierra Ann temple and Cohen beach are completely evil criminals. They harass single young women. They terrorize them with their friends, by hacking their computer,  spying on them 24/7, threatening them, and verbally harassing them.

  8. Huw. Every now and then could you reference to each country having different seasons. Where I live the seasons are the complete opposite to the UK. In June (your summer) it is my countries winter. So when you make reference to June plantings I have to add 6 months to whatever month you quote. Other countries may be different to you and I. Maybe? use terms of Summer and autumn rather than the actual month. Or maybe provide a video for everyone to understand the seasons in each hemisphere. I understand your videos relate to the UK seasons. Love your videos…K
