up here in Northern Maine we're in Zone 4, and the cherry tomatoes we have have just started putting out green fruit 4 days ago, it's been hot 70-80's but over cast so we're behind alot. Still I've been waiting all summer for these. so happy.
Tomatillos look really interesting, I wanna see about getting some next year.

Good call on not painting the trim. I hate it when people paint wood trim. The paint scrapes off so easily it just ends up looking terrible.

Loved the vlog Becky you guys are so so busy, from the new house to the old house things are coming together lovely so happy for you and Josh, such a wonderful couple. I have done quite well with my potatoes, and tomatoes, my carrots are little but the flavor is amazing, unfortunately, the cabbages and cauliflowers had been eaten away. but will try again next year thinking of trying Brussels, onions, leeks, and pumpkins. will let you know how i get on you have been an inspiration many thanks. Becky, your nails always look nice. Do you polish them yourself? You might want to try Color Street nail polish strips to do them yourself with the baby coming. They are 95% dry when you use them. Check them out on you tube also!

I never understood laying carpet for the next buyer who may not like what you pick. My husband and I have moved into 3 houses and didn't like the brand new carpet/flooring that the sellers laid. ….Or some rooms had new carpet and we were going to lay wood floors. What a shame to have wasted their money. Now if you gave the new buyers a flooring allowance and had it laid for them, that would be different. Each house we bought had new flooring in the gray/grey family. I absolutely hate gray…… Just hate it. We had it taken up and gave it away.
When I sold my last house I replaced the carpet with new carpet of neutral color, and the new owners ripped it out and replaced it with the colors they wanted , So just a waste of money , Replacing carpet and painting seems to be somethinf the new owners will want to do their own way , so just a waste of time and money .
