Precooking chicken and warming it to only put it back in a fridge for days is okay? I’m genuinely curious. That seems very unsafe and could cause sickness. Can some clarify this. I get prepping food but to par cook it and put it away again seems highly unsafe.

I have been making cakes for almost 50 yrs. If you take your parchment paper and fold into a triangle. Place into the pan to make the fold. Then you don't need the marker.
LOL……your stove has that 'big' middle burner……why didn't you use that to cook the chicken??

For your garden flower project, you will get major information from a book called DOWN THE GARDEN PATH by Beverley Nichols. It is available online from ABEBOOKS and many good second hand book sellers. Published around 1930, Beverley (a man's name in those days) was a leading authority on winter flowers. The text is pompous, perhaps, but full of information for gardeners who want year round colour. Worth looking out for. Thank you for the video!
