You go girl! Always a joy to watch you cook.
You should bake your cheese cake in a water bath that helps the cracking

Have you ever made anything that Josh or the family didn't like? If so what was it? My husband is very very picky, but I have made some of the dinners you have made(with variations) and some have been accepted by all but some have not. I have not found one yet I personally have not liked but picky eaters ate difficult lol and wondered if you ever had that happen to you.
I've been wondering, you have potatoes, pasta and other food in boxes out in the pantry with your canned goods. Are you not worried that rats or mice will be attracted by those foods and munch, therefore destroying it all? I know you're not a cat person, but cats can keep pests like that away. Rats can get inside from a hole the size of a quarter, nice, a dime. They can jump and climb. Not wanting to freak you but, but wondering what is your plan?
You are amazing….many blessings….I am going to try that cake for sure…thank you
Great idea to use the extra pumpkin cheesecake for Josh’s oatmeal!
Everything looks delicious! I'm very jealous of your two ovens. My kitchen goals!
That's so handy to have an herb garden right out your door
Everything looked so yummy and the gloomy day outside was also a treasured treat to see. Love how you went out back and picked some fresh sage. I know you will have one heck of a kitchen garden and all the rest is going to be amazing. Hope you had a blast with the inlaws and family.
Becky – I see that the cheesecake recipe calls for Pumpkin Pie Filling (which is generally sweetened and spiced), not plain pumpkin puree. Frankly, I'd rather use my home grown puree too! So could you update how your cheesecake turned out?
I make my bread for the crotons spiced with poultry seasoning. We find it makes a wonderful addition to the dressing
Love you Becky but my biggest pet peeve is putting dishes that dirty into the dishwasher! How do you ever accept that they’re clean after all that food was swishing around in there!
The pumpkin makes awesome cheesecake in muffin pans with a little crust.
We have never added eggs. Interesting.
I love your natural fiber scrubbers for the potatos. Can you message me a link? I just looked on Amazon and couldn’t find them. Thank you so much
You could make an orange peel drizzled frosting for the cranberry cake. Yum.
Your instant pot has a slow cooker function that you can use for warming make ahead sides just like you do in your crockpot.
Love pumpkin cheesecake. Have you tried making cheesecake in IP? OMG! I've made it in oven for years but then did in IP. So much better !
We smoke our bird. So delicious!
The potato scrubber is awesome!!!
If I make a turkey from scratch, I stuff the bird, but not with any meat in it. I have never made dressing with meat in it! My Mom never made meat sausage or any mea dressing. My mother-n- Law used sausage or ground meat in her dressing. Ick!
When I sauté the veggies for the stuffing I like to toss a jar or two of cut up oysters twards the end of the veggie cooking time, then put all in a greased/pan sprayed baking dish and pour a can of cream of mushroom (w/equal parts water) or cream of celery (or both) over the croutons. And bake lightly for about 20 minutes on 350.
Love watching you create in the kitchen and all the exciting experiences in your life. My son just got married and I would love to get both of them good aprons. What type is yours and where did you get it? Thank you for all your sunshine!
