Kohlrabi is easily grown. While they can be planted as close as 6 inches I will be attempting to use my grow tower this year as the amount I want to grow will take up to much room in the garden.

I've got some purple kohlrabi growing, too. I'm really excited about it as not only have I never grown it before, I've not even tasted it. Mine are only about three inches tall at the moment. I'm really looking forward to seeing them grow and produce. I hope your seeds grow well for you, my friend.
Great info, thanks for sharing.
I am hoping to learn about saving seeds from our plants really, seems to be a tricky thing on things such as spinach and cabbage and such. NOTE..if you cut your cabbage head of the root and leave the root in the ground you will end up with 6 to seven tiny tiny cabbage ,,,just leave the root in the ground and it will continue to produce TINY brussel sprout loolking cabbage.
With companion planting for kohlrabi, I think it is the same as other brassicas, they will like onions, garlic and beets but not beans and peas.
I look forward to seeing your efforts on these and how you save the seeds.
