I wish this video had a “love” button. I just started following you this week as I have been getting deeper into gardening and learning about my plants. I love your personality, and honestly I just feel like we would be friends. It’s kind of ironic, because I have spent more time watching your videos than I have with Jesus…. I didn’t know about your faith until I watched this today, and I’m seriously just broken. I started watching it wondering if you were at the festival my husband and I played music at yesterday, and then just got hooked, I mean, you guys kind of remind me of us. My husband is definitely the comic relief and I’m the “cool” young mom, so listening to your interactions is really familiar and comforting. Before I turned this on I even told God I was going to spend time with Him this morning…then when I turned my YouTube on to play my worship playlist, I chose your video instead. I thought as I was watching it, I’m neglecting you Lord, I’m putting my obsession with my plant adventure over you, I’m literally worshipping it. And then you start talking about why you can pray fully surrendered, and I’m there with you. My oil has been lacking and my fire has burnt out, and been replaced the past few weeks. I just want to say, thank you for doing what you do. I know when you just talk through things like this you aren’t really sure what kind of ground your seeds are falling onto (yes, had to get that pun in there) but just know you encouraged others and prompted motivation and change in my day today. Even when I try to run, He finds me.
Anyway, maybe someday we will meet, if I had known you were there I would have come by and introduced myself, I know you’re busy, but I also know deep connection can be made even in the busiest seasons. I know you don’t know me, but if you are ever in Springfield, I would love to make you dinner and sit around the fire playing worship together. ❤️ Larissa
GREAT Walk About the greenhouse Jess … I really would love to go to Baker creek I want to try Kale again…But i can't find one i like…Maybe there isn't one out there for me But if anyone has a suggestion for one that doesn't leave an aftertaste i would surely give it a try i can't even do it in smoothies
New Zealand is the land of incredible beauty!!! Whatever you recommended of arugula is growing like weeds for me. This year has been a long list of successful firsts because of your channel and several others. Also just set up two hives in the garden area and they are so happy, I haven't had to wear gloves for the last two times of feeding both hives.
you have inspired us to by a small ranch and start a vertical garden plus some livestock as well…… I am anxious, however, waiting for the right property to come along. God bless you guys. Love and peace
I turned on some friends to roots and refuge and 2 of us drove from Kansas City just for the day on Sunday to the Festival since we learned about Baker Creek through you. However we missed seeing you. Overall though the festival was FANTASTIC- loved the eclectic wonderful down to earth people that gathered there! Loved the celebration of all the plants and everything else there! Thanks for your positive influence
